The whole story
Hubbard Strategic Partners was founded on a simple belief: owners deserve a representative who is fully aligned with their interests, grounded in experience, and unafraid to lead.
After years of delivering complex capital projects across the public, institutional, and private sectors, our founder saw a growing disconnect between owners and the teams charged with executing their vision. Too often, decisions were driven by convenience, process, or profit, rather than accountability, clarity, and long-term value. Hubbard Strategic Partners was created to change that.
As a veteran-owned firm, HSP brings disciplined leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to every engagement. We operate as an extension of the owner’s team, advocating relentlessly, asking the hard questions, and ensuring that scope, schedule, and budget remain aligned from concept through completion.
Our work spans pre-development planning, design and construction oversight, procurement support, and executive-level advisory services. Whether guiding a municipality through a major public investment or supporting a private owner on a complex development, our role is consistent: protect the owner, align the team, and keep the project moving forward.
At HSP, integrity is not a marketing slogan, it is the standard by which we operate. We value clear communication, decisive leadership, and relationships built on trust. We believe the best projects are delivered when expectations are defined early, risks are addressed proactively, and accountability is shared.
We don’t just manage projects. We lead them with purpose, transparency, and grit.

Founder Story
Founder Bo Hubbard began his career in architecture, developing a deep respect for design, planning, and the collaborative process required to bring complex projects to life. That foundation, combined with years of experience working alongside public and private owners, design teams, contractors, and municipal stakeholders, shaped a practical understanding of how projects succeed and where they often fail.
Before entering the design and construction industry, Bo served as a United States Marine, where accountability, preparation, and mission-focused leadership were not optional; they were essential. That experience continues to influence how he approaches project leadership today: with discipline, transparency, and a commitment to protecting those he serves.
Over the course of his career, Bo transitioned into owner’s representation and advisory roles, leading high-profile, complex projects for institutions, municipalities, and private owners. His work and leadership have been recognized regionally, including being named to the Cincinnati Business Courier’s 40 Under 40 – Class of 2023, an honor reflecting both professional achievement and community involvement.
Bo is also deeply committed to community engagement and industry stewardship. He is actively involved in nonprofit and outreach initiatives that support the growth, integrity, and future of the construction and development industry. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of Spirit of Construction as Vice President, helping advance the organization’s mission of strengthening industry leadership, education, and community impact across the region.
Hubbard Strategic Partners was established to deliver this level of leadership independently, free from contractor influence and always aligned with the owner’s best interests. HSP serves as a trusted extension of the owner’s team, providing strategic oversight, informed decision-making, and steady guidance through every phase of development, design, and construction.
Beyond his professional work, Bo is deeply family-oriented. He is a devoted husband to Ali and a proud father of their three daughters: Zoe, Remi, and Piper. That commitment to family reinforces the values that guide his work every day: integrity, accountability, service, and a long-term perspective focused on outcomes that endure.
Today, HSP supports projects that demand clarity, accountability, and experience, bringing together the discipline of military leadership, the insight of architectural training, and the practical knowledge earned through years of managing complex projects.
The mission is simple: protect the owner’s interests, reduce risk, and deliver confidence at every stage of the project.
